Revisions- Table of Contents

I made several revisions to the table of contents. I changed the background color from black to white. This will reduce the cost of printing for each hard-copy of the magazine. I re-edited and cropped the images. I also added an advertisement that promotes the magazine's website. I also changed some of the colors of the text so that the page has a more cohesive design and feel.
